30-day window
Unworn gloves in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, subject to inspection.
How to start
- Email support@superpars.com with your order number (from your Stripe receipt).
- We reply with the return address and RMA (if you use one).
- Ship with tracking. Refund after we confirm condition.
Not accepted
Worn or damaged gloves, missing packaging, or returns after 30 days unless required by law.
Shipping on returns
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item.
